Not all eggcrate return grilles are the same. The construction and appearance of these aluminum grilles stand out from the rest. They have a strong frame and core and are electrostatically coated for a hard finsh. The color is consistent so there are no matching issues lot to lot. The corners of the frame are micro-welded to keep the grille squared and centered. Cells are squared for a balanced uniform appearance. Corner seams are sealed so there are no unsightly gaps or rough edges to collect dirt. There are no ugly hold down tabs to show through the grille. And, the eggcrate is locked into a unique frme channel so that there is no rattling, squeaking, or vibration noise. Each grille is shrink wrapped to keep the finish scratch free and packed with corner guards to protect against damage. Grille is 12″ x 12″ with holes for surface mounting. Other sizes and t-grid ceiling style available. Package of 5.
